This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which KVOLTZ handles cancellations and refunds for EV Bike Doorstep Services booked through our website.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booked service under the following conditions:
Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch

  • If the service is cancelled before the technician is dispatched, the customer will receive a full refund (if payment was made online).

Cancellation After Technician Dispatch

  • If cancellation occurs after the technician has been dispatched, a service visit fee may be deducted from the refund.

Last-Minute Cancellation

  • If cancellation occurs within a short time before the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a partial cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling
Customers can request to reschedule their service appointment without additional charges if the request is made before the technician is dispatched.
Rescheduling requests made after dispatch may depend on technician availability.


3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service could not be completed due to technician limitations.
  • Service was cancelled before dispatch.
  • Payment was made but the service was not delivered.
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.


4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Service was successfully completed.
  • Spare parts were installed and accepted by the customer.
  • Customer provided incorrect service details.
  • Service could not be completed due to unsafe working conditions or inaccessible location.

5. Spare Parts Refund Policy
If spare parts are installed during service:

  • Parts once installed are non-refundable unless they are defective.
  • Defective parts may be replaced as per manufacturer warranty terms.

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


7. Company Cancellation
KVOLTZ reserves the right to cancel a service due to:

  • Technician unavailability
  • Unsafe service conditions
  • Incorrect booking information
  • Service area limitations

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment was made online.
